Morag Francis, Deputy Matron at Braeside House has won the prestigious Training and Staff Development Award at the Scottish Care Awards, which was hosted by TV presenter Kaye Adams.  The awards offer a unique opportunity to celebrate the enormous contribution that dedicated staff members and care homes make to the wellbeing of older people in Scotland.  The Training and Development Award was presented to Morag for demonstrating commitment and achievement in promoting and delivering training and development activity in the workplace.
