Payments and Fees
The current fee is £10.00 per child per session Monday to Thursday and £16.00 for a Friday session. Fees are payable monthly in advance, by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Royal Blind – Kidscene”. Please note we do accept childcare vouchers.
The price per session per child applies to all children. This is payable for all sessions. A month notice must be given for Holidays. Bank holidays will not incur additional charges. A full list of dates when the club is closed will be given on an annual basis.
Non-payment for more than one month will result in your place being terminated and we hold the right to charge a £12 a month late payment charge.
Kidscene aims to keep fees to a minimum, whilst still raising enough income to cover our running costs. Please ensure fees are paid promptly.
If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak in confidence to a Manager.
