Kidscene is staffed by a manager and Play workers whose aim is to provide a smooth transition between school and after school club. We also have a bank of staff available to cover absences and whilst regular staff are attending courses.

All our staff have significant experience working with children and comply with SSSC requirements for registered childcare. Our staff are expected to undertake professional development training. All our staff members are checked through the PVG system.

We maintain a staff to child ration of 1:5 for the children under the age of eight which is higher than the statutory requirement of 1:8
