CLOCK THAT! Light Relief Week launched with bright idea
As Light Relief Week 2009 kicked off on Saturday 24 October, and the nation prepared for the clocks to go back, we created a ‘light’ reminder to put the extra hour to good use.
Volunteers got together to create a giant glowing clock face that appeared on the iconic slopes of Arthur’s Seat. Made from over 4,000 individual glow sticks, the multicoloured beacon acted as a call to the public to help Royal Blind to Light Up Lives for blind people.
