Large Print
It is recognised that large print documents that have been enlarged through photocopying very often are not suitable for the visually impaired. At the Scottish Braille Press we produce large print from the original document and then re-design them, in accordance with our RNIB approved standards, into a format that is acceptable to a visually impaired reader. Each document is proof read and approved before it is printed and bound.
As many of our staff are visually impaired, the Scottish Braille Press understands the needs of the visually impaired reader. The input of our staff is of great benefit in determining the ideal layout and style of your Large Print documents.
We produce Large Print in black text on white paper as a standard. We can also provide our standard plain covers if you wish or can provide printed covers to your specification or work from covers supplied.
Documents can be produced in quantities ranging from single copies up to several thousand copies.
