Trace the story from the organisation’s beginnings back in 1793 to present day.
Fundraise with your club
We are fortunate to have many clubs, and rotary and round table organisations that have supported Royal Blind over many years.
This support is both financial and practical in nature, with some clubs fundraising for us year-on-year and some participating in and organising fundraising events.
Royal Blind is able to supply speakers to give presenations and talks on the work of The Royal Blind School, Braeside House and the Scottish Braille Press. If you are interested in booking a speaker or finding out how your club could help Royal Blind then please email Helen Forrest.

Ben Wyvis Dancers, led by Mrs Dorothy Gollan, grandmother of a former pupil of The Royal Blind School, together with friends and helpers have raised over £43,000 in aid of the school.
The Military and Hospitalier Order of St Lazarus, helped to raise over £3500 that will now go towards the construction of the sensory garden at Canaan Lane.
