Our charity relies on the generous donations from trusts, companies and the general public worldwide and on the work of its many supporters to provide essential services for the education, care, training and employment of children and adults in the UK who are visually impaired.

In order to carry out our valuable work we need your support.  There are many ways in which you can help us, and by doing so you help to provide valuable services for those who are blind, have a visual impairment or who are multiply disabled. The simplest way of doing this is by making a one-off or regular donation, which can be simply done by filling in our online form

Working with our partners and supporters over the past year we have been able to:

    119 blind, visually impaired or multiply disabled students at The Royal Blind School.
  • Care...
    for our 70 visually impaired and elderly residents who have an average age of 90 years.
  • Employ...
    visually impaired and disabled workers at The Scottish Braille Press.
  • Purchase...
    much needed equipment and vehicles for the charity.
  • Support...
    new projects and initiatives such as the sensory garden and the Bridgend organic allotment.
