A Century of Expanding Horizons: Physiotherapy Training

In this instalment of our ‘A Century of Expanding Horizons’ Centenary Blog, we share the stories of members who, upon completion of rehabilitation at Linburn, pursued careers as Physiotherapists.

Many members, who qualified in physiotherapy, set up either private practices at home or found employment in hospitals across the UK.

Members were supported by Scottish War Blinded’s After-Care service ensuring that all members were visited regularly. Members developing a career in physiotherapy were also provided additional training to support continual professional development.
