The Comenius programme is named after Juan Amos Comenius, a passionate education reformer who was one of the earliest champions of a universal system of education.

Royal Blind School Supports Fair Trade

Since 2010, pupils have been taking part in fair trade activities at the Royal Blind School, as well as being registered with the Fairtrade Foundation since 2011 with the hope of reaching full fair trade accreditation.

Becoming accredited is a huge challenge, but one that Royal Blind School Modern Foreign Languages teacher Mary McNulty is dedicated to achieving.
