Pupils at the Craigmillar campus showed their enthusiasm for sport and the upcoming London Olympic Games by participating in an Olympic Sports Day on Wednesday 20th June. Students were split into four teams, each representing a different country.

Royal Blind announce Charity of the Year Partnership with The Raj on the shore!

Royal Blind are pleased to announce that celebrity chef Tommy Miah and his Edinburgh restaurant, The Raj on the Shore, have chosen Royal Blind as their Charity of the year.

To celebrate this new partnership we will be holding a very special event on Thursday 9th August at The Raj on the shore. Combining the culinary expertise of The Raj with the initiative charity events of Royal Blind this event promises a Sense – ational evening.

School Celebrates Queen’s Diamond Jubilee

School Celebrates Queen’s Diamond Jubilee

On Wednesday, 6th June pupils at the Royal Blind School took a break from their usual timetable to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Teachers around the school joined forces to create fun and interactive Jubilee-themed workshops educating pupils of all ages throughout the school on the various cultures, histories and cuisines that exist around the world.

Well Done!

Well Done!

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to our 12 brave supporters who spent Sunday 10th June abseiling 165 feet off the Forth Rail Bridge in Edinburgh. Our wonderful supports, who clearly have a head for heights raised well need funds for Royal Blind and its services. Well done and THANK YOU!
