Evelyn Stephen is a 74-year-old former organ player from Granton.
After learning to play the piano as a student of the Royal Blind School, Evelyn still has a talent for tickling the ivories.
The 74-year-old keeps residents and staff entertained as she plays songs completely from memory.

Jane Penman is 80 years old. She is registered blind and her sight problems started at the age of four.
ViewJosie, aged 98, moved to Jenny's Well just one day after the home opened in 2017. A former nurse, Josie began to lose her sight as a result of macular degeneration.
Mary Mullen is a former nurse and volunteer hairdresser.
Mary, aged 97, moved into Braeside House last year from her flat in the city where she lived for nearly 30 years after retiring from her lifelong career as a nurse.
Now the great-grandmother of eight enjoys her weekly pampering session, visits from her family and friends, and taking part in Braeside’s daily activities.

A dressmaker, ballroom dancer and pub landlady, Violet Harper has always lived a vibrant and varied life.
Violet moved to Braeside House in 2016 after her glaucoma was causing her to struggle in her day to day life. At 89 years old, Violet had additional medical needs and was unable to walk unassisted.
Now after receiving support from the specialist nursing staff at Braeside, Violet is back on her feet.
