- We will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a visit to give yourself and your child / children the opportunity to meet our staff and have a chance to look around the facilities.
- At your visit we will give you a paper application form to complete. If you would like to book a place, please complete the application form and return it to Kidscene.
- Once the paper application form has been returned to us, we will contact you to confirm your place.
Holiday club bookings
To ensure fairness in the holiday club booking process:
- All holiday booking forms will be sent by post on the same day (for both term time and holiday only users). If it is your first time at Kidscene, you will be given a holiday booking form along with your registration form when you visit.
- We will only accept signed paper copies of booking forms from parents. The web form below is only for enquiries.
- Please return your booking form to Kidscene as soon as possible as places are on a first come, first serve basis. Children with visual impairment will always be given priority.
- We will number and date each form we receive and offer places accordingly.
- If you have not secured a place, we will write to tell you.
- If you have secured a place, we will write to you requesting payment. Please note no place is secured until full advance payment has been made.
- Once your booking is secured and paid for, no money will be refunded and no changes can be made to your booking.
Prioritising placements
- Prioritisation of places will be given to children with visual impairment.
- Thereafter places will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Children with siblings already attending the service will get first pick when choosing days.
- When necessary a waiting list will be implemented.
