Using external agencies to fundraise on our behalf
At times we use external agencies to fundraise on our behalf. This can include door-to-door, street or telephone fundraising campaigns. We use professional agencies as they are a cost effective way to attract a diverse range of supporters who we are unable to reach in other ways.
Agencies help us to encourage donors to give a committed gift, which helps us with our long term planning. Face-to-face or telephone fundraising enables potential donors to talk directly to a fundraising representative and ask questions about the charity and how their donation will be spent.
All the agencies we use employ teams of supervised fundraisers that have been trained by Royal Blind staff.
