Kiltwalk 2020

The Kiltwalk is back! While a number of fundraising events across the UK have had to be postponed, but there is good news, we can announce that this years Edinburgh Kiltwalk will be taking place in a virtual capacity.

The Kiltwalk has proved to be a valuable partner for Royal Blind with many walkers choosing to raise money and awareness for us over the years. On top of providing a fun and inspiring event Kiltwalk will also top up all your fundraising effort by an incredible 50%

During the current pandemic Royal Blind is doing everything in their power to support, care for and educate those within Scotland coping with visual impairments. By choosing to take part in the Kiltwalk to support Royal Blind you are directly making a positive impact in the lives of many people.

How to take part:-

By going virtual the Kiltwalk is no longer restricting you to raise funds by walking alone. To take part you can walk, run, cycle, climb a munro, swim in a loch, take part in a family scavenger hunt, the choice of how you want to take part is purely up to you. All they ask is that you register, contact your friends, family and colleagues in order to raise funds and then get outside and get active while sporting your finest tartan wear!

The Virtual Kiltwalk is taking place over the weekend of the 11th-13th of September so there is still plenty of time to plan your activity and get fundraising!

What are you waiting for, dust off your Kilt and go out and explore the majestic countryside of Scotland. You can sign up for the Kiltwalk by clicking here.

Please note that the 2020 Aberdeen and Glasgow events were cancelled and the Dundee Kiltwalk moved online only due to ongoing pandemic.
