"My confidence had taken a battering after I developed Macular Degeneration, I felt pretty useless. After I got a chance to go along on a cycle ride with some of the other veterans, I began to realise I wasn’t alone in dealing with sight loss, and that others shared my worries. Meeting other veterans who I now consider my friends, who were further along in dealing with their sight loss, means I am much more confident in being out and about." Jamie Cuthberston, Member
