"NESS is delighted with the impact our joint working with Scottish War Blinded has had on the lives of our mutual service users. As part of our assessment process, our teams refer numerous vision impaired ex-service men and women to Scottish War Blinded, who are able to provide support and assistance that are not funded from statutory services." Graham Findlay, Chief Executive of North East Sensory Services (NESS)
