Job Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Business Support Administrator within the Scottish Braille Press. The post holder will provide effective administrative support and excellent customer service to the Business Support Team and key stakeholders to ensure business and quality standards are maintained.  Duties include project support, supplier management support and staff related administration. The post holder is expected to project a professional company image at all times and to follow company and customer procedures.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ office administration experience gained within the last 5 years of working in a customer focussed environment. Excellent organisation and administration skills and good analysis skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office package and fast/accurate keyboard skills. Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing together with a flexible approach to working practices is required. Previous experience of working with clients in the financial sector will be an added benefit.

 

The post is subject to a Police Act Disclosure and Identity and Adverse Financial Check.
