Job Summary

The Scottish Braille Press is a leading UK provider of accessible media - transcribing documents for a wide range of clients into braille, large print and audio formats.  This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a full time Customer Service Representative.


You will administer the day-to-day commercial administrative and customer service duties working alongside, and on behalf of, the Customer Service Coordinator and Manager.  Duties include client communications, order processing, sales quotations, invoicing, credit control and purchasing.


The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience gained within the last 5 years of working in a commercial customer service office environment. Excellent organisation and administration skills and strong interpersonal skills along with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages and fast/accurate keyboard skills. Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing together with a flexible approach to working practices is required. Previous experience of working with clients in the financial sector will be an added benefit.
